Payment

Paypal is our preferred method of payment however cheque payments are also accepted. We also accept credit/debit card payments over the phone. Should you wish to pay by cheque please contact us first. Please note that clearance of cheques is required before dispatching orders.

Dispatch

All goods ordered and paid for will be packaged and sent to you by Royal Mail 2nd Class within 48 hours. Orders placed on a Friday may be dispatched the next working day i.e Monday. Please let us know if an order is required urgently. Orders received to be posted abroad will be sent via airmail.

If an order is placed during a weekend or Bank Holiday then it will be posted on the next working day. If a product is not available for any reason we will contact you immediately and suggest an alternative or issue a refund. In the event of a postal strike delivery of your goods may be delayed.

Delivery

For orders over £5 delivery is free within the UK.

Please note that for overseas orders your packages may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. These charges are always the recipient’s responsibility.

Returns

If you are not completely happy with your purchase then please return the product to us in its original condition including all original packaging within 14 days of receipt. We will then replace the product with an alternative or issue a refund if required. Please send an E-mail advising of item(s) being returned and whether a replacement or refund is required. We will then give you return address details. It is recommended that you obtain proof of postage when returning items. Refunds/replacements will not be given until returned items are received. You will be responsible for the postage for the return package. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
